What the difference

A girl went to the hospital and asked to see the 'upstern'. You mean the 'intern' said the nurse.
I guessso, I just wantancontamination.' You mean an 'examination.' Well, anyway, I want to go to the 'fraternity" ward.' You mean 'maternity ward. '
'Upstern, intern, contamination, examination, fraternity, maternity' , what's the difference.
I ain't demonstrated for four months and I now I'm stagnant!
